An incredibly useful tool for cleaning up secateurs, shears and knives, The Crean Mate is a scouring block that will scrub off resin, rust and other gunks from blades.

Use: Add a few drops of to the blade or tool (water works fine too, but you'll want to oil the blade later anyway) then use the Crean Mate as you would an eraser. It has a fairly rough texture and might scratch polished surfaces, so we suggest testing before use.

After removing leaf resin, rust, and gunk, dry the tool, knife, or blade with a clean cloth and then wipe with Camellia oil and store in a dry place.
