Use the Samuel Groves non-stick stainless steel straight sided milk pan to heat milk or cream to make homemade custard and creme anglaise. The high sides prevent milk from bubbling over when it’s being heated.

This English-made pan is made of three layers. The inner and outer layers of stainless steel make the pan durable and long lasting, while an aluminium core makes the pan very reactive to temperature changes - the pan will heat up rapidly on the hob, and cool down quickly when removed from heat, giving you greater control with your cooking.

This pan is dishwasher safe, but to keep the non-stick quality it’s best to wash by hand.
