This is the same velcro strap that comes with the original . It is used to increase the strength of the connection between the vacuum sleeve and pump tube. We sell these individually just in case you want a spare one or happen to lose the original. These measure 1 inch wide x 18 inches long and are the perfect length to tighten around the diameter of the 3.25" wide vac hanger tube.
